2. Enrollment & Payment
Course enrollment is completed through our authorized payment links. Fees must be paid in full before course access is granted. Prices and course offerings are subject to change. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy outlined at the time of enrollment.
3. Course Access
Access duration for each course depends on the plan you purchase. Course materials, recordings, and resources are available for the duration of your subscription. Sharing login credentials or course materials with non-enrolled individuals is prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, branding, and intellectual property on this website are owned by American Arabic Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
5. Conduct
Students are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and classmates. Disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory behavior may result in removal from a course without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
American Arabic Academy provides educational services on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
